About MarleneMy StoryWithin my real estate career (since 1980) I have had the occasion to deal and excel in nearly all the fields in the industry. From residential resale to commercial, from raw land and building lots to new construction, and from multi-family to retail and business sales. I have most recently (since 1995 to date) concentrated on representation of new home builders. Currently the number of builders I represent has grown to six (6), with more possible additions in the near future. My Little business is known as MBS (Marlene's Builder Services). We generally operate in the South Snohomish County area, in sub-divisions ranging from 3 or 4 homes to as many as 60 or 70 homes in a sub-division. Sometimes we put several builders in one plat. Homes will cover the full spectrum of housing from single family homes to condos to Low Density Multi Residential. Our open active sites will normally run from 6 to 10 sites open at any given time. I typically close from 100 to 150 sales per year, with volume at or near $100,000,000 yearly, totaling over the years well in excess of 1500 closed transactions. I have been the top producing agent in my firm since 1996 and plan to continue in that position for a number of years to come. MBS currently has 2 full time assistants plus my husband who helps out (thank you). I also work with 15 to 20 other fellow agents from my office who sit my sites open daily. My customers are the other real estate agents in the field and my builders. We offer a full service real estate experience and try very hard not to cut corners. We have found that over time, cutting corners will cause problems in the future. My MissionTo be able to retire as a wealthy person.
