• Within my real estate career (since 1980) I have had the occasion to deal and excel in nearly all the fields in the industry. From residential resale to commercial, from raw land and building lots to new construction, and from multi-family to retail and business sales. I have most recently (since 1995 to date) concentrated on representation of new home builders. Securing their building lots and selling their homes.
• I typically close between 100 to 150 sales per year, with volume at or near $100,000,000 yearly, totaling over the years well in excess of 1500 closed transactions. I have been the top producing agent in my firm since 1996 and plan to continue in that position for a number of years to come.
• I try not to represent buyers who buy your homes. I represent you. It is my belief that it is very difficult to represent both sides in a transaction. So, unless I have no other option, I will not represent the buyer when I already represent the seller.
• I and my assistants maintain a very large database of all real estate agents in the north King and South Snohomish County areas and their e-mail addresses. We use this database to send literally thousands of invitations, slide shows, e-commercials, flyers, sneak previews, and etc. to all these agents on a regular basis. I feel that the other agents and the builders are my primary customers. So, my main marketing is to them. They are the ones who will bring their clients to see your homes which are for sale.
