Building Lot Availability

We at Marlene’s Builder Services work continually with several of the largest independent developers of building lots in the area. As well, we also work with many smaller developers. Our builders generally purchase all their building lots through us. We have developed a team of people and agents who bring land and lots they have found to us for our builders or developers to buy. We are also personally, on the road, throughout the many neighborhoods daily. We are constantly on the lookout for land, land being developed and lots for sale. We investigate the potential site and contact the owner direct for needed information. Thus, we have developed a system that allows us to keep our builders supplied with all the building lots they can handle.

We have represented numerous builders throughout South Snohomish County on a multitude of plats. From a single lot to more than 50 lots and/or units. Roughly, in excess of 45 plats with over 1,000 sales in the last 10 years. At the current time, Marlene’s Builder Services has 4 active builders in their group. We promote communication and cooperation between these builders, in an effort for all to be more profitable. This has worked out to be a win, win situation for all concerned.

Marlene’s Builder Services and Marlene are recognized throughout the area as a high volume agent. One that gets the job done. She was honored to be #9 in the nation of over 64,000 Prudential agents, and as #119 of all agents from all companies in the nation by Lore Magazine in 2007. She has been at the top of her profession for many years and can provide the type of service you need to move your product in a timely manner. Her team of 3 full time assistants and 12 to 15 agents (and still growing) are there at all times to help with whatever your need may be.
