We hope that you are enjoying your new home and neighborhood. At your New Home Orientation, a Builder's Representitive explained home maintenance, systems & our warranty program. At escrow, you signed an application form enrolling your new home in our warranty program. At no cost to you, your new home is now being protected with the nationally acclaimed 2-10 HBW® Home Buyers Warranty. With over 23 years in the industry, 2-10 HBW® is the recognized national leader in new home warranties. Now that you have settled in and are enjoying your new home, we strive to ensure that any of your warranty items are professionally addressed in this first year at either our 30-day or 11-month request period. For warranty coverage in years two through ten, please refer to your 2-10 HBW® warranty documents, or visit the 2-10 HBW® web site at: www.2-10.com. As your home builder, we are committed to promptly address all warranty issues which may occur.

Please use this email submittal form to notify us of items needing attention. We will contact you to schedule an inspection appointment to be performed between the hours of 7 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The warranty service on your new home is based on your written submittal of non-emergency items. With the exception of emergencies, there are two times you may submit in writing for warranty service: once after the first 30 days of occupancy, and, within 30 days before your 1-year anniversary of ownership. Drywall settling cracks will only be repaired on one occasion. It is generally best to wait to report these at the 11th month interval. Also note that cement, hardwood floors, landscaping and fencing are not warranted.
